  • See Our New Laser Cutter!

    Machinists has acquired an LS5 Laser cutter that cuts through 1.5 inch steel with ease. Just another enhancement to the variety of equipment available at Machinists Inc.

  • Project FaceSheild

    As the global pandemic of COVID-19 grew and medical supplies ran low, MI looked to our Stratasys F900 3D printer and put it to the test. We set about designing, testing, redesigning and collaborating to create face shields to be sent to local hospitals around the Seattle area. There were challenges along the way as we worked through a functional design for both the base and the shield component.
